All orders are dispatched from Noida, India within 24–48 hours and usually reach in 3–5 days depending on your pin code. Once an order is dispatched, it can’t be changed; if you still insist, we’ll try to help, but extra shipping will apply. We don’t do returns or exchanges—first, because it’s impossible to know if a returned bottle was used, and hygiene is non-negotiable; second, because e-commerce returns are a huge, stupid, and avoidable source of climate pollution, we refuse to add to that mess. If an order is cancelled, you will be informed promptly.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. We use BlueDart or equivalent courier partners. Delivery times vary between 2–5 business days depending on your location. Delays due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

8. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for any reason other than verified damage on arrival. Return logistics create massive waste, fuel consumption, and packaging pollution. We choose not to contribute to unnecessary environmental harm caused by impulsive buying habits. Please buy thoughtfully.

9. Damaged Products

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos. After verification, we will send a replacement.

10. Exchanges

Exchanges are not permitted unless the product is damaged upon delivery.

11. Bulk Orders & Customisation

We welcome bulk orders for corporate gifting, weddings, events, and celebrations.
Per-item personalisation is available for bulk quantities.
